We collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and PAN card details solely for processing donations, issuing statutory 80G tax exemption certificates, and communicating project updates.

2. Payment Security

Online transactions are processed via RBI-approved payment gateways (CCAvenue / UPI) with 256-bit SSL encryption. Matri Seva Samiti does not store sensitive credit/debit card numbers or net banking passwords on its servers.

3. Data Sharing & Non-Disclosure

We maintain strict confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share donor or volunteer information with any external marketing agencies or third parties.
